Agreement Confirmation

Service Content
2.1 The specific content of the Link App is provided by Beijing DASUNG Technology based on the actual situation. Beijing DASUNG Technology reserves the right to upgrade, modify, or adjust the services or product forms provided. Users will be notified of such changes through updates to the APP/website content without separate notification.
2.2 Beijing DASUNG Technology solely provides technical services related to the Link App. Users are responsible for their devices (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices used for internet or mobile network access) and the associated expenses (such as telephone and internet fees for accessing the internet, and mobile phone fees for using mobile networks) required for network services.
Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination

Usage Rules
4.1 During the use of the Link App, users must adhere to the following principles:
(1) Comply with relevant laws and regulations in China.
(2) Do not use the Link App for any illegal purposes.
(3) Comply with all network protocols, regulations, and procedures related to network services.
(4) Do not engage in any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile networks.
(5) Comply with all other agreements and rules related to the Link App.
4.2 Users should refrain from engaging in the following activities using the Link App:
(1) Transmitting or publishing any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
(2) Violating the legal rights of others, including but not limited to privacy rights, copyright, trademark rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

(5) Spreading viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious programs.

6.1 The term "privacy" as referred to in this Agreement includes the content of user personal information as defined in Article 4 of the "Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users," as well as any future laws and regulations that specify the content to be included in privacy.
6.2 Protecting user privacy and personal data is a fundamental principle of Beijing DASUNG Technology. Beijing DASUNG Technology will implement various measures, including systems, security technologies, and procedures, to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of user privacy and personal data. Beijing DASUNG Technology ensures that individual user data and non-public content stored during the use of the Link App will not be disclosed to any third party outside of cooperative partners or used for any illegal purposes, except under the following circumstances:

(3) Compliance with requirements from relevant government authorities.

Disclaimer

7.2 If any information or content displayed or pushed to users on the DASUNG-Link platform is suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party, the rights holder and relevant stakeholders should send a notice to Beijing DASUNG Technology. Other Provisions
8.1 Beijing DASUNG Technology reserves the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. In the event of modifications, Beijing DASUNG Technology will publish the updated agreement on the DASUNG-Link platform or notify users through other appropriate means. If the user disagrees with the modifications, they have the right to discontinue using the Link App. However, if the user continues to use the app, it will be deemed as acceptance of Beijing DASUNG Technology's modifications to the relevant terms of this Agreement.
8.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed partially or entirely invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
